My name is Mr. Schellhause, and I am proud to serve as the Assistant Principal here at Atkinson Elementary School. After spending 16 years in the classroom as a social studies teacher, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to support students, teachers, families, and our community in this leadership role. Atkinson Elementary is a special place where learning, growth, and collaboration come together to build a strong foundation for our students.

I’m also a proud husband to a fellow educator and a father to three amazing boys—ages 8, 5, and 2—who keep me on my toes and inspire me every day. It is truly an honor to be a BEAR, and I am committed to making the most of every opportunity to help Atkinson Elementary continue to grow and thrive. Together, we’ll make this the best school experience for every student!
