Welcome to fifth grade! This year, your child will embark on an exciting journey of academic growth and personal development. We’ll dive into challenging topics across language arts, math, science, and social studies while encouraging responsibility, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Cherilyn McFadden

Hey my name is Cherilyn McFadden and I’m pleased to have the honor of teaching your child this school year. I am 43 years of age born on September 4th; I’ve been married to my husband Gregory for 17 years. We have 3 children: Jaida 18, Jordan 11 (born still on his due date 11/19/2013), and Jonah 10. I recently received my Masters degree from the University of Arizona in 2022 in Early Childhood Education Leadership. I’ve worked in Education for over 25 years. I’ve taught from Early Head Start, Head Start, Pre-K, and Middle School. I’m the founder of the Gregory Jordan Foundation in honor of my son born still. My passion is Infant Loss Awareness; I host an annual Infant Loss Awareness Walk each year to help raise awareness. I look forward to educating your child and getting him or her prepared for middle school. I know this will be a great school year for your child.
